WHAT TO EXPECT

In 2026, we’re taking Adventure Fitness north to the Scottish Highlands for back-to-back retreats in the summer, combining high-intensity training with raw, outdoor adventure.

Expect daily Functional Fitness workshops paired with hiking, canyoning, climbing, and mountain biking across some of Scotland’s most dramatic landscapes. Between sessions, recover with wild saunas, cold plunges, and hearty, chef-prepared meals in your private Highland lodge.

We’ll also explore local culture, including a whisky distillery tour and relaxed evenings spent connecting with new friends after full days of challenge and exploration.

Our Highland base, Drum Lodge, is tucked away on the peaceful Dorback Estate near Nethy Bridge — a stunning stone lodge surrounded by forests, rivers, and open mountain views. Thoughtfully restored and filled with natural light, it combines Highland character with modern comfort, creating a space that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature.

With seven bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a grand fireplace at its heart, Drum Lodge is designed for gathering — whether that’s morning coffee overlooking the Cairngorms or slow evenings sharing stories around the table. Outside, the gardens and central courtyard offer quiet corners to unwind, while the private sauna provides the perfect recovery after a day of hiking, training, or cold plunges in the burn.

TRANING

Train in a top-quality facility at CrossFit Cairngorm, located in Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. This gym offers everything you need for high-intensity training, rugged conditioning sessions, and serious recovery.
