The vibe is friendly and health-conscious! We love to train but we won’t force you to do anything you aren’t comfortable with. We are here to help you grow, feel healthier and have a great time.

Absolutely. This is the perfect opportunity for you to meet and connect with new people.
The majority of our guests come solo, and our rertreats are the best way to meet new likeminded people.
If you’re joining us solo, please book a room to yourself. We don’t pair up guests in shared rooms, unless they choose to share with a friend or partner.

We welcome everyone over 21 years old and we have no upper age limit. Most guests are in their late 30s and early 40s.
To date we’ve had guests in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. Everyone is welcome and gels nicely.

Our retreats attract individuals with busy minds and full lives — people who love to stay active, explore new places, and connect with others. Our guests enjoy both light-hearted chats and meaningful conversations, all while embracing the opportunity for a healthy reset.
What we value most is their shared spirit of adventure — a willingness to step outside their comfort zones and experience something new, together.

Our retreats are designed for anyone with a passion for staying active — whatever that looks like for you. Whether you enjoy gym training, hiking, running, Pilates, or simply keeping fit in your own way, you’ll feel right at home.
Each retreat includes various activities, ranging from easy to more advanced. To get the most out of the experience, you should feel comfortable completing a three-hour hike at a steady, moderate pace.

If your doctor or medical specialist gives the green light, you're welcome to join the retreat. It's crucial that you inform us well in advance of any medical or general health concerns that could impact your time with us.
This way, we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible.
WHAT ARE THE RETREATS LIKE?

We have a minimum number of 7 guests and to ensure personalised attention from your hosts, we cap our groups at a maximum of 14 guests, guaranteeing an intimate small-group experience.

Most retreats offered are 7 nights, although we also offer weekends and shorter camps.
Retreats run on selected dates throughout the year.

All retreats are typically run in English, although we often work with guest coaches and hosts who have multicultural backgrounds and can speak other languages.

We set up a WhatsApp group for every trip we run.
On your return, you can also join our main WhatsApp Group to connect with other past guests and be the first to know about upcoming dates.

BOOKING AND PRICING

Yes we do!
You can choose to split the cost of your holiday into 3 payments at the checkout.

The price will include beautiful accommodation and specified meals and activities. Please take a look at the ‘included’ and ‘excluded’ sections as each experience may be different.
The prices excludes travel to the venue on arrival and from the venue on departure, however we will recommend train journeys and flights for you.

We don’t offer discounts for first-time guests, but once you’ve joined your first retreat, you’ll be eligible for our referral program. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word — and it means both you and your friends can benefit on future trips!

Unfortunately the house rules are such that we typically can’t accommodate pets.
TRAINING

Our retreats are designed to give you space — space to move, connect, slow down, and reflect. You’ll train, of course, but you’ll also have plenty of time to recharge and enjoy the surroundings.
Our training camps, on the other hand, place a stronger focus on performance and structured sessions, with less downtime and a more intensive training schedule.
No matter which experience you choose, all of our locations are set away from busy environments — surrounded by nature — so you can clear your mind, move your body, and reset your energy.

We work on all-round fitness and skills that will carry over into the rest of your life. If any of the below sounds like you, we think you’ll love the experience:
You consider yourself fit for daily life, but you want to change up your training.
You follow a strength-training programme in a gym, on your own, with a personal trainer, or in a group.
You have been training in the city and miss the wild.

We try to plan each day in such a way that you will never feel depleted.
However, all our sessions are optional, so feel free to dip in and out as you like.

All of our hosts and guest coaches are highly qualified professionals dedicated to making your experience enjoyable, safe, and rewarding. Each trainer brings deep expertise in fitness, movement, and overall wellbeing, and will tailor every session to your goals, fitness level, and personal preferences.
Throughout your retreat, our team will be there to support you — guiding your training, answering questions, sharing insights, and keeping you inspired every step of the way.

At every retreat, we partner with carefully selected local CrossFit gyms that offer top-quality facilities and equipment. During our dedicated training sessions, we have exclusive use of the space, allowing you to focus fully on your workout without distractions.
Each retreat location also includes wellness amenities — such as swimming pools, saunas, or recovery areas — so you can unwind, recharge, and make the most of your downtime between sessions.
ACTIVITIES

You’re free to take part in as many or as few activities as you like. Each retreat offers a balance of movement, relaxation, and exploration — from guided hikes, yoga, and recovery sessions to tailored workouts designed to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.
We may also lead inspiring sessions on topics such as nutrition, mindset, and motivation, helping you take what you learn back into everyday life. Additional activities vary by location, so every retreat offers something unique to discover.

Our retreats include a variety of water activities to refresh and excite you. You can swim in pristine waters, take a dip in natural pools, or try paddleboarding, kayaking, canyoning or deep water soloing in the ocean.

Absolutely! Each of our retreat locations is surrounded by beautiful nature trails — ideal for hiking, running, or simply taking a peaceful walk. You can explore at your own pace and soak in the scenery, or join one of our guided hikes for a more structured and social experience.

We encourage everyone to fully participate, as we will always adjust exercises and activities based on individual agility, ability, and experience. Nevertheless, remember, this is your time, so feel free to join us for as many or as few activities as you like.
