In 2026, VentureFitRetreats launches with two incredible destinations, the sun-soaked shores of Mallorca and the rugged landscapes of Scotland. Each retreat is carefully crafted to combine adventure, fitness, and community, offering an experience that challenges both body and mind.

Every retreat is unique, shaped by the location, the people, and the adventures we share together. From mountain hikes to ocean swims, and from group workouts to evenings under the stars, our retreats are designed to inspire growth, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose. And this is just the beginning, as we grow, we plan to expand to even more breathtaking destinations around the world.

MALLORCA

Ready for a week that pushes your limits and fuels your sense of adventure?

Join us in Mallorca for a 7-day Adventure Fitness Retreat built for athletes, adventurers, and anyone who enjoy training and exploring new places whilst seeking adventures.

Each day combines high-energy Functional Fitness workshops with outdoor adventures that take your fitness beyond the gym. You’ll train on the beach, hike rugged coastal trails, climb cliffs, dive into the sea, and test your courage with paddle boarding, kayaking, and cliff jumping.

Between sessions, refuel with healthy, chef-prepared meals and relax in a private villa overlooking the ocean. We’ll also mix in yoga sessions, cultural tours, and a private yacht experince to explore Mallorca from the water.

Our retreats run in May and October — the perfect time to train hard, connect with like-minded people, and experience one of Europe’s most beautiful adventure destinations.

SCOTLAND

In August 2026, we’re taking Adventure Fitness north — to the wild beauty of the Scottish Highlands.

Join us for a retreat that combines intense daily Functional Fitness style workshops with raw, outdoor adventure. You’ll hike through dramatic mountain landscapes, tackle canyoning and climbing challenges, and ride rugged trails on mountain bikes. Between sessions, recover the natural way with wild saunas, cold plunges, and hearty, chef-prepared meals in your private Highland villa.

To round off the experience, we’ll explore Scotland’s local culture — including a whisky distillery tour and evenings spent unwinding with new friends after a full day of training and exploration.

This is adventure training at its purest — these are short retreats built around challenge, connection, and nature and run in the summer.
